Register to be a Parishioner
All we need is a completed registration form. This can be done in the church narthex on the first weekend of every month (Friends and Family Weekend). Otherwise, there are two ways to submit the form:
1) Download the form, print it out and place it in the collection basket at church or drop it off at the Parish Office.
2) Download the online form, fill it out and e-mail back to secretary@sfx-kc.org.

Request Offering Envelopes
Contact our busniess manager, Bruce Couch at bcouch@sfx-kc.org, or 816-523-5115, ext. 207.

Request Automatic Deduction/Charge
Download the Direct Payment or Charge form or contact the business manager, Bruce Couch at bcouch@sfx-kc.org or 816-523-5115, ext. 207 for a form. Once the form is completed, you may e-mail it to bcouch@sfx-kc.org, mail it to the parish office or drop it in the collection basket during Mass.

Fill out a Stewardship booklet
Want to see a listing of all available opportunities within the parish? Check out Stewardship. In order to sign-up for a specific activity.  Once the form is completed, you may e-mail it to bcouch@sfx-kc.org mail it to the parish office or drop it in the collection basket during Mass.

Organize a New Group
Contact Fr. John Vowells at jvowells@sfx-kc.org or 816-523-5115, ext. 203 with your idea. Check out SFX Groups to see a listing of all available groups.

Put something in the bulletin
Information needs to be in the parish office by Monday at 12:00 noon to be considered for the upcoming weekend's bulletin. Holiday deadlines may vary. Announcements may be e-mailed (preferred) ( secretary@sfx-kc.org ), faxed (816-333-0082), or mailed. Items are not accepted over the telephone.

Have a pulpit announcement
Pulpit announcements are reserved for upcoming parish activities only. Information needs to be in the office by Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. to be considered for the upcoming weekend. Items may be emailed (preferred) ( jvowells@sfx-kc.org), faxed (816-333-0082) or mailed (attention: Fr. John). Items are not accepted over the telephone.

Have an insert in the bulletin
Bulletin inserts are reserved for upcoming parish activities only. Information needs to be in the office by Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. to be considered for the upcoming weekend. Request flyers be hung on the bulletin boards

Have a table in the Narthex

Get Married at SFX
Contact Fr. John Vowells, at 816-523-5115, ext. 203 or jvowells@sfx-kc.org at least 9 months prior to desired date to check availability and begin the process. Rehearsals are held on Friday evenings at 6:00 p.m. and weddings on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.

Arrange a Funeral at SFX
Contact Pat Woodrum, at pwoodrum@sfx-kc.org or 816-5115, ext. 206 as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate the needs of the family. Funeral Masses are usually held Tuesday – Saturday at 11:00 am.

Request a Meeting or Event Space
To reserve space for a meeting or event, contact Bruce Couch at bcouch@sfx-kc.org or 816-523-5115, ext. 207 to check availability. This includes meeting rooms, the church or chapel.  We are unable to schedule non-parish events in Murphy Hall / School Cafeteria or gym.
